•  Guests must stay for at least three consecutive nights during the peak season with no departure on 24 Dec 08 and 31 Dec 08  
• Confirmed room will usually be available for occupancy after 12.00 A.M. on the day of arrival
• Check out time is 12.00 noon. Room used between 12.00 noon and 6.00 P.M. on the day departure will be charged at100 Baht per hour and beyond 4.00 p.m. will be charged at the full contract rate.

Cancellation and No show policy

• Cancellations not made less than 21 days prior to Arrival Peak season and Cancellations made not less than 10 days prior other seasons
• Failure to cancel within the given period, at least 50% of Full Period will be charged.
• No show Occurs, Full Period on booking as per contract will be charged 100%

Deposit

• The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit of 50 percent for Confirmed Bookings, (Peak season before 30 days and low season before 15 days.)
• Failure to abide by the above terms and conditions may result in Cancellation of the room reservation without prior notice and forfeit of the Deposit paid.
